How long can I rent the totes?
Standard rentals are 7 days. We also offer extended periods and custom timelines depending on availability and your move schedule.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. The service includes both delivery and pickup so you never have to haul boxes or deal with disposal logistics after your move.
Can I add moving help?
Yes. Add-ons like a dolly, moving blankets, rush delivery, and labor support can all be selected during the booking process.
Do you serve apartments and homes?
Yes. We support apartment moves, residential moves, home staging, office transitions, and local relocations of all sizes.
What is the refundable deposit?
A $50 deposit is held to cover any unreturned or damaged totes. It is fully refunded when all totes are picked up in good condition.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead. Rush delivery is available for last-minute moves for an additional fee.
